Shipping Policy

The default shipping rate and method listed are for residential or commercial destinations within the continental 48 United States (PO Boxes not included).

All items will be shipped to the confirmed checkout address only which was used to clear payment.

Additional shipping fees are required for all other locations including, but not limited to:
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and other countries outside the USA.

We will make every attempt to process and ship all items within 1 business day (Not including Weekends or Holidays) of your cleared payment. Following order processing, please allow proper time for delivery. UPS Ground shipments arrive within 3-7 business days. To provide the most affordable rates, small items shipped via Standard Flat Rate Shipping or USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and USPS and are delivered within 2-10 days from the date of shipment.

We will update your order record with tracking information and send an e-mail confirming shipment. If 5 business days have passed since you sent payment and you do not receive an update through email or a tracking number via e-mail, please contact us immediately.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges. We are not responsible for any excess charges.
